Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a particular processing period dependent on the particular product.

Returns

The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase when it's been 30 days since the purchase.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
