International Shipment:
When placing an order, please choose a shipping method and ensure that the total order amount includes the shipping fee. Please note that international delivery times are not guaranteed due to varying customs clearance processes in different countries, which may affect inspection times. Buyers are responsible for any additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes imposed upon importation into their country. These fees may be collected at the time of delivery. The shipping cost does not cover any import taxes, and buyers are fully responsible for paying customs duties.
International Returns Policy:
We offer a refund for items purchased from our store that you are not fully satisfied with, provided you submit a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition via post. International returns must be shipped by post, and buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that custom-made and plus-size items are non-refundable unless they are of unsatisfactory quality. All returned items must include the original tags and dispatch note.
Return Note:
Please contact us before sending any items back, as we do not accept returns without prior communication. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A re-stock fee may be applied. Due to differences between CRT and LCD screens, the item’s actual color may vary slightly from what is shown in photos.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase when it's been 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
